When it comes to watering, it's important to keep the substrate slightly moist, without overwatering to prevent root rot. Water as soon as the first centimetre of soil is dry to the touch, generally once a week during active growth. In winter, reduce the frequency of watering.
Finally, make sure the plant is well-moisturized, as Chamaedorea prefers slightly humid environments. Occasional misting of the leaves or the use of a humidifier can contribute to its well-being. With proper care, this palm tree will add lasting beauty to your space.

Can I pickup my order?
Yes. After entering your delivery address, you will have the option to choose the free option of picking up your order at the workshop. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
What are your shipping options?
All our parcels are shipped by Canada Post, Day and Ross, UPS, or delivered by our own vehicles.
Can you provide me with a tracking number?
Yes, each order that is delivered by a carrier is accompanied by a tracking number, which we will provide to you when your order is shipped.
When will I receive my order?
Estimated time for a standard delivery is between 1 and 7 working days. No deliveries are made on week-ends or holidays. Some restrictions may apply.
