What is our return policy?
If you are not satisfied with an item, you should contact us at 514-935-1812 and ask for a return number. To be eligible for refund or exchange, you must return the item within 7 days of delivery of your shipment.
If we have sent you the right article but you are not satisfied with it, you will have to cover the cost of shipping the article back to us. You can ask either for a refund or an online store credit.
If we have sent you the wrong item, or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost. We will ship you the correct item as soon as possible once we receive your return. We may ask you to email us a picture of the item to confirm the defect in it, before approving your return.

All returned items must be in perfect condition.
What is the procedure for returning an item?
Please follow these steps to return articles in order to avoid delays.
- Contact us at 514-935-1812 (toll free at 1-866-935-1812) and ask for a return number.
- Make a copy of your receipt and keep the original. On the back of the copy write the return number and the reason for the return.
- Use our original packaging, a padded envelope or a box with appropriate wrapping material to return the product. Include the copy of your receipt. Products returned without proper packaging will be rejected.
- If possible, use a delivery service that will give you a tracking number.
All products received without a return number will be automatically rejected.
