When watering, it is important to keep the soil slightly moist, but not overly so, allowing the surface to dry out between waterings to prevent root rot. In winter, watering frequency can be reduced as the plant enters a dormant period. If the ambient air is dry, a light mist can be used to recreate the humidity of its tropical habitat.

Delivery of living plants
Natural plants are available for delivery only in the Greater Montreal area within the zone indicated on the map below. For addresses outside this area, please contact us to see if we can arrange delivery at a personalized rate.
Can I pickup my order?
Yes. After entering your delivery address, you will have the option to choose the free option of picking up your order at the workshop. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
What are your shipping options?
All our parcels are shipped by Canada Post, Day and Ross, UPS, or delivered by our own vehicles.
Can you provide me with a tracking number?
Yes, each order that is delivered by a carrier is accompanied by a tracking number, which we will provide to you when your order is shipped.
When will I receive my order?
Estimated time for a standard delivery is between 1 and 7 working days. No deliveries are made on week-ends or holidays. Some restrictions may apply.
